Toppesfield, thought to be the UK’s largest independent surfacing contractor, is the latest to push for paperless working on site.
It has since celebrated a boost in productivity and efficiency with a move to a digital reporting solution.
The firm works in highways, retail, transportation and logistics and operates across the UK, with over 250 employees. It was looking for a solution that provided consistent information to their operatives in these many fields.
Working with field services management provider Re-flow, the firm rolled-out over 100 devices, helping provide consistent information and tackle the high volume of paperwork being completed by the site crews, including daily briefings, risk assessments/method statements and other job specific paperwork.
Since working with Re-flow, defect reporting increased by 90% and form compliance improved.
