The SE7 panel of contractors will be used to deliver new highways related works up to £5m and any maintenance and improvement work to highway structures worth more than £50,000.
It is estimated to be worth between £30m to £50m over the contract period.
Contractors will carry out a wide range of works for local authorities including Hampshire County Council, Kent County Council, Surrey County Council and East Sussex County Council, Brighton & Hove City Council, Southampton City Council, Bracknell Forest Council and Medway Council.
