Barrier firm Solar Gates has been acquired by Torquay Holdings Ltd (THL), a global organisation encompassing Mobile Visual Information Systems (MVIS) and Bartco Australia.
THL said the addition of Solar Gates UK, with its leading brands, SOSEC, INSTABOOM, and INSTABOOM Go, brings unique expertise in solar safety technology to its growing portfolio.
It added that with a shared vision of pushing solar technology and enhancing infrastructure safety and connectivity, the two firms look forward to making a transformative impact in the global infrastructure market.
THL said its acquisition of Solar Gates UK will enable it to leverage Torquay Holdings’ resources and global reach, broadening the impact of its products and making advancements in solar safety accessible to a wider market.
