Road surface and adhesives experts Jobling Purser have expanded capacity at the firm's flagship manufacturing base Paradise Works on the banks of the river Tyne in Newcastle.
David Jobling Purser, co-owner of the family-run business, announced the completion of a large new warehouse at the site. The significant investment enables the company to increase stock levels helping it react to the needs of its worldwide customer-base.
'Our lovely new warehouse, fully racked out and ready to go. Confident the almost 300% increase to our current capacity for covered storage at Paradise Works might just come in handy,' said Mr Jobling Purser, who is also sales and marketing director for the company.
The new warehouse is:
- 16 metres wide
- 30 metres deep
- Seven metres high (to roof apex)
- fully racked out, offering an additional 68 new bays capable of storing 544 pallets
- dedicated forklift allowing us all of the space to be utilised
