A special Talking Transport podcast is now online, with SMART Highways editor Paul Hutton joined by Highways editor Dominic Browne, deputy editor Chris Ames and Traffex Seeing is Believing content director Adrian Tatum.
The four journalists discuss some of the main points of the successful event at Bruntingthorpe in Leicestershire including the crash demonstrations, Highways England’s innovation hub and the various exhibits showing off the best of how technology is driving change on the road network.
We also discuss Mobility as a Service (Maas) and the MaaS Scotland event and announce the Scottish Government’s driverless vehicles event to be held alongside Road Expo Scotland at the end of October, plus the ITS (UK) Annual Summit in November.
You can get in touch about the Scottish event by emailing Adrian – a.tatum@hgluk.com – or Paul – p.hutton@hgluk.com – and join our conversation on Twitter or LinkedIn.
There will be one more Talking Transport before the summer break, with you on 18th July.
