Mr Barber said: ‘After 14 years with Jacobs, delivering great projects for highways clients, I’m delighted to be joining a fabulous team at Keltbray and lead the A66 NTP project.
‘As a civil engineer, the challenge of the A66 is extremely exciting as we work collaboratively with our partners to deliver a successful outcome for our client National Highways.
Ms Pavitt said: ‘We are thrilled to welcome Tim to the Highways team. Tim joins us with a wealth of experience and we are delighted to have him join us where he will have a core role to play in delivering for National Highways.’
