Highways England has confirmed the winners of the national element (Lot 1) of its £91m ground investigation framework.
This lot covers work valued at more than £2m.
The successful companies are:
- RSK Environment Ltd
- Soil-Engineering Geoservices Ltd and
- Fugro Geoservices Ltd
Catherine McGrath, Highways England geotechnical category lead, said: 'We are delighted to be awarding the national lot on the framework and we look forward to working with the successful suppliers.
'This is a key additional lot as it enables our schemes above £2m to use it, generating work for the industry. We expect this framework to bring efficiencies and reduce costs, providing greater value for money overall.'
The regional lots (2, 3 and 4) of the ground investigation framework were awarded separately in May 2020.
