The Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA) has appointed Grahame Beswick from HW Martin as its new chairman.
Richard Pearson has retired from Aggregate Industries and has therefore resigned as chairman having served 16 years in the position. He has now been appointed as secretary following the resignation of Phil Crickmay.
Andy Murray from Lafarge Tarmac has been elected as deputy chairman.
The Traffic Management Contractors Association is a trade association which has been formed to represent the views of its members, and to further the development (and increase safety) with regard to temporary traffic management systems at major roadworks sites, on a national basis.
